There is a little shack next to Pardners Dancehall in Lake Buchanon Dam. They take bell peppers and put smoked brisket in them with cream cheese. Close it smoke it some more, wrap it in bacon. It is the best. try it out.

We have visited that "shack" for years many of drunk nights coming out of Pardners...They have the same except with a jalapeno...ALL of the bar b que they sell is awesome...The sausage wraps are awesome too.....
