NEW SHOTGUN. Asap. Come on mr. tax-refund.
Next on the list is probably layout blinds, then some more floater decoys, and maybe some full bodies too.

Another call besides the rnt d cutter that's not too rookie friendly. zinks are really frindly calls and the main thing they sound reallly ducky they dont sound fake like a bunch do and you have an allaround range from the high ringing hail calls to the soft call for the close in calling

I'm buying Uncle Sam about 4 new duck guns. Had to live off the IRA earlier this year and the penalties are pretty steep. Was really hoping our Democratic Congress would have passed some sort of "times are hard, if you had to live on your IRA there are no penalties" law but it seems they only wanted to bail out CEOs. But before next year, I hope to save up an buy an OK license, a goose call or two and learn to use em, and either become independently wealthy or figure out how to successfully work for myself so I can hunt more than 2 days a week. 18-22 days out of 74 doesn't seem fair

I need to get some friends who can shoot.
I'm tired of having all the gear, the boat, calling in the all the ducks and then my buddies shoot behind them or ring my ears.
You know who you are and it's not the Tuscola boys.

You know who you are and it's not the Tuscola boys. DAYUM, that is harsh. I am thinking layout blind. I setup in weeds toward the end of the season and think it made a difference. Maybe some full bodies but the two things that are for sure's are getting the o/u dipped and getting the dog right.
Don't let your ears hear what your eyes didn't see, and don't let your mouth say what your heart doesn't feel As much as I hate to admit it, I do like my truck

Mine is pretty simple. Unfortunately four years ago I inherited the Remington Sportsman 58 20 ga that was the first shotgun I ever used. It was always a single shot since I can remember - it was plugged for some reason. I'm restoring it to a fully functioning semi-auto for my son to use next year.
Then his son can use it... and so on...

Well Moose seems like you just need to hunt this way more often. Next year it will be even better, with a little work. And if all goes well a dog to boot!

Just picked up another must have, new shoes for the F150. After my second unpatchable nail in a week, it's reached critical mass.

I could have hooked you up on tires if I knew you needed some.
Got some long time buddies in the auto biz. I got Nitto's for my F-150 last year. Almost half price, mounted & balanced.
