Unofficial survey...Have you ever wanted to know for sure what the other hunters on your lease harvested?
Do you think they are all honest with you?
What about the landowner? Ever had the landowner tell you that he "I see all kinds of deer" But you never do?
Just thinking about it.

I think our hunters are honest for the most part, out of 9yrs I think there are two that didn't exactly tell the truth about what they have shot. Usually there is someone else there to keep them honest.
Now the rancher on the other hand... she or her hands hardly ever say they saw deer. I think they bring people to hunt during the week sometimes but we have never caught them.

i know our guys r honest one of em tod me he killed 9 by his self this yr.8 with a light,ran over the 9th ha ha

The last group of six I was with that hunted together had nothing to hide and I really appreciated that. We trusted each other, didn't really need pictures or a log book, their word was sufficient. That is the way I want it to be.

All the guys i hunt with are trustworthy. Dont have any reason not to believe them. If you dont trust who you hunt with then i would look for a new lease or lease partners. Now days we have enough to worry about , hunting camp should be one of the last things.
