Anyone know of any big deer still avaible with the February 28th tags? Looking to get something late in the season. My partner took me hunting for the first time this year and I go hooked. Anyways he told me there are some places you can hunt til the 28th of next month. Please let me know. thanks

Find a property thats on MLD...the issue shooting deer late in the year is the does are breed and the bucks are loosing their antlers, so be carefull of what you shoot.

Wasn't it last year or the year before that people were selling late hunts for really cheap in able to meet the goals set by TP&W of number of animals harvested on MLD ranches? What happens if you do not meet the goasls? Do you lose your MLD status the next year?
