what is yalls opinion of the 44 mag when out for hogs just bought one on here for carrying on the ranch and thought i might even do a little hog huntin with it

i know its more than enough round thats a big hunk of lead and i am excited about the whole pistol hunting challenge cant wait to try it out its an older super black hawk older than me but in better shape than me but these guns were built like a [censored] brick house

I've killed 14 pigs to date with a .44 Mag using relatively light loads and 200 gr cast boolits. If you are using storebought ammo, it ought to shoot through three or four pigs...
Pistol hunting is one helluva challenge, but I enjoy it immensely. It's like bowhunting, but there are really loud booms involved...

i ve shot a taurus 44 ported and they are loud...i just got 1981 super black hawk in 44 7.5 inch barrel and im curious too how its gonna handle
