i have around 100 acres between freer and san diego for lease.
This would be perfect for a father son or partner lease.
The place has
Deer
Hogs
Varmits
Javi's
Dove
Quail
There is no water or power on the property, but there is a Travel trailer for the hunters to use.
Price is $2100 for all the land and permision to use trailer while on the lease.

sounds good, there is year round access to the property. Town is about 12-15 miles away.

hello i am very interested in this place as i live in corpus and have hunted all over this area some are good some are not....i would like to know where it is...is it off 59 and cr 101

I am also interested. PM with all the extra info you may have. Such as accesibility? Feeders? What type of deer taken, etc.

I know there are some awsome ranches in and around freer. But I once leased a small tract for a weekend for 500.00 for three people. And will never do that again, freer left a bad taste in my mouth...I found out from the neighbor after i paid this scammer who lived in corpus christi that he was buying a few hogs to let loose so we could see them and think is had wildlife and I guess the biggest hint was at the cabin in a magazine on the table someone wrote in it "Get your money back there is no game here youve been ripped off". You only get burned once I say. I wish I could remember his name I will post it if I remember. Do your homework my friends!

Not trying to knock this lease, but just wanted to let ya'll know, the corridor from San Diego to Freer used to be the number 1 poaching area in the state according to TPW. We hunted outside of San Diego for one year. It was our move to south Texas looking for bigger deer. We leased from the county commisioner. We had a deer poached on our laese at night on opening weekend. saw only 5 deer all season, acouple of javelinas. And the real deal killer was when my father was at the lease by himself, he was woke up to the sounds of full automatic gun fire, fairly close to camp. The next summer TPW had an article in the mag. about how bad the poaching was in the area.FYI
