Just curious how everyone gets there deer home after the hunt
If you shoot a young deer because a neighbor will shoot it, you are that neighbor.

Unless you have the facilities/permits, it is illegal to process past quarters at the deer lease. Might want to add another option.

I didn't vote because I either quarter my deer at the lease and then bone them out at home or I haul the entire deer home and process it there. I'm lucky in that we've always had a meat room and a smoke house and my dad and mom taught me at a young age to do my own. Back in the days when we had 5 of us hunting at home, that could, and sometimes did end up with 19-20 deer to take care of. I'd hate to think of what that would have cost at a processor! LOL
And before anybody jumps on the amount of deer we killed, YES, we ate every last ounce of it! In fact, I used to get so p----d off at my dad because he'd make us bone them out to the point where it looked like the buzzards had picked on the skeleton for about a week before he'd say it was good enough! LMAO
High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

well i hunt at "home" so i usually gut it after i kill it, skin it at my trailer or my uncles house or something. and then i either take the quartered meat to a processor, or like this year i took it to a buds house to cut up.
