Posting this for a friend. Great ranch. 700 acres with wheat which the deer flock to. Lease hunters only shoot bucks so extra deer need to be taken. Just this year it was made a 5 deer county and for good reason.

Antlerless/Spike Day Hunting available January 4th-17th in Kent County. The ranch is approximately 60 miles East of Lubbock, TX and is less than 10 miles West of Spur, TX. Still hunting only. Ground blinds and Tower Stands with feeders available. Archery or Firearm allowed. The cost is $100 per day per hunter and there is a $50 kill fee for each deer harvested. This ranch is overpopulated with does and spike, success rate is very high. Feral Hogs can be harvested as well at no extra charge. Thx. 2 guys got 6 doe today. The other day the lease hunters had 44 does between the 2 of them at their stands.

In two weeks 22 deer were taken by a few groups. Almost enough as there are still tons more. We'll post this sooner next year. All the hunters came from Craigslist, not a single person called who saw it here.
