Tan, make a rug and hang it on the wall. or how about having a hat made out of it or kid's robe or glove. Use the K-9 teeth for a neckless. How about hang the hide on a fence or tree to warn off other yotes.

You CAN however eat bobcats. I have tasted one and while not my favorite, it's certainly not bad!

Coyotes can be skinned or mounted, that's about it. Why do you ask? Were you thinking of frying one up? Give us the report...

In the winter the yotes will hit carcasses pretty hard-I'd stay somewhere in sight of the goats but not necessarily right on top of 'em. You may not even need to call if they've already discovered the feast! I'd get there before dark and be set up for a good stay. If they've been coming in for a couple days you may be able to see where they're coming from. Last time I hunted a goat pile you could literally see the trail the yotes had been using the few days before I got there! Keep in mind that even with a good spotlight your night ranges are best kept short. If you do have any sort of distress call and can make a wounded pup sound, have that ready after you fire that first shot and they all scatter! You may get one or a few that swing back around or at least stop and allow one more shot.

Anything should be fine. Just make sure you hit them in the FACE, neck, or shoulder. If you try to shoot it behind the shoulder you may end up gut shooting it. The coyotes vitals are up further than a deer so if you shoot it where you would shoot a deer you may end up gut shooting the thing and never seeing it again. Shot placement is very important with the yotes. They are always hopped up on adrenalin and takes a good shot to drop one in its tracks. Goodluck!
