 French MAS 36 rifle question

A friend of mine has a MAS 36 7.5mm he bought when he was younger 40+ years ago. He since has lost the internals to the bolt ie. firing pin and springs as well as the locking end cap. He would like to find replacement parts for it or a complete bolt assembly. I was wondering if anyone here has or knows where he can find them. I looked at a few web sites and it seems that it may be far and in between but I thought I'd try here. Thanks.
