Does anyone have any experience with Line-X bedliners? I had a rhino liner in my last truck and it was peeling up in some places. I know this has a lot to do with how well they prepare the surface. I am looking to switching to line-x but would like to hear your experiences first and is it worth the extra price difference?

I have a Rhino liner that started peeling up in one small place where it looked like they didn't put it on thick enough. I took it back under their warranty, expecting a 6" square patch that didn't match the rest of the liner because of fading. They removed and resprayed the whole liner... FREE.

Good service from Rhino, I even had to take it to a different dealer because the first one went out of business. I've had the new one in now for over two years with no problems. They have a Nationwide Limited Lifetime Warranty Program for the original purchaser, don't know if Line-X can mach that.

Good Hunting,
Gary

I have been an installer of Rhino, Vortex and Line-Ex. I can honestly say it has a lot to do with the installer but I would never buy Rhino liners again. Line-Ex and vortex are essentially the same thing and I would use either anytime in my vehicles. Both are thin liners but mechanically different from Rhino. I have to recomend vortex or line-ex

I used to spray polyurethane liners. There are really only 2 kinds "Line-x" and "Rhino" type. The line-x is nicer looking, thinner (lighter), harder, and won't fade as fast. THe Rhino which is what I sprayed is thicker, softer, more slip resistant, but they will fade over time (armor all brings em back if they are black). I have Line-x in my truck now because I like to be able to slide stuff in and out. As far as companyies it doesn't matter they all buy the chemical from the same plant in Mexico anyway so go with the cheapest. As far as peeling the softer ones are more prone to do so.

www.bedrug.com/

Have this in my truck. 3 yrs and still going strong. No problems whatsoever. Benefits is nothing moves around when driving, doesnt peel off, and carpet is tear proof. The vendor I got it from gave a lifetime warranty as well.

Just another option to think about.

Thanks guys, I ended up going with line-x and i'm pleased with the way it looks. Guess I'll wait a few years and see how it holds up

You won't be dissappointed in the Line-x.
