Looking for 3 management minded hunters to fill 12 hunter lease in Brackettville, Texas. Lease has camp that sleeps 12 or bring your own camper. Water and Electricity are available at the camp site. 1 stand with unlimited feeders is permitted. Guest must be immediate family and hunts off of the lessee tags. 1 Trophy, must be 4.5 years or older, and 1 cull (with permission), 2 does and unlimited hogs. A few axis, blackbuck and fallow on lease. Feeding year round required and protein required from March till Oct. Will send pictures of deer from cameras at request. This lease is for hunters that know how to age deer on the hoof. Great potential for true trophies. I just became a member of this lease and I am trying to help fill the remaining spots. 4000 acres and you can have 1 stand?

If you are not interested in this lease, please do not post comments. Obviously, you have no clue as how we are set up. Twelve guys on 4000 Acres with one stand each keeps the pressure as low as possible on the deer. We are hunting mature wild bucks. I only posted this lease here to give an opportunity to people that may be interested. If you will notice, there no quality leases listed in this forum.

Go find something more productive to do with your time.

Guys this is a great lease. The three spots will fill for sure. I'm jsut sending this out because I think this is a good forum. The lease is listed on a pay site, Texas Lease Hunter.

I posted a lease for my neighbors...about 7000 acres (low fence). Its in central west Texas with bucks as good or better than south Texas taken on a yearly basis.

So not just one good lease on here.

Hope you find a good lease member sounds like you got a good deal going.

How do you know it is good if you just got on it? Is it good becuase you are on it? Any pictures? Rules are bad but what kind of permission on the cull?
