Your only shot is to talk to the old folks and explain what their SIL is doing if you want to keep your lease. Any other path will lead to you either losing it or walking away.

If you get a bad vibe or if they are defensive of him it is over. Then it's time to make him pay. Do anything you can to get him on video tape doing anything that can be defined as hunter harassment.

GW's will not put up with that even for a second. We had a lease that was previously leased by the guy who checked the wells every day. The owner kicked him off because he was a jerk and we got it the next year. He was mad and once deer season started he began checking the wells right at prime shoot'n time instead of around 10:00 like he usually did. He made sure to drive every road on the lease while he was at it. A call from two different guys on our lease was all the GW needed to go give him a but chewin. no video was used, but the GW got his name and actually went to his house. We had no more problems because the guy knew the GW was on our side.

Lots of ideas if you are still in high school. IMO the only option is to sit down with the grandparents and lay it all on the table. If you can get video proof then that would be great. At that point it doesn't become his word against yours. You will lose out to family. If it can't be fixed then just move on.

Wow, lots of arsewhooping going on here.... tough crowd...

I'd say video tape and call the game warden are the best ideas.

But I am not one of those real tough guys like some on here seem to be... I bet I don't even type as hard as they do...

1 talk to the old folks
2 GW
3 SP
4 shoot the place up and leave
5 panties (also if he has any farm equipment I have some metal shavings you could have...)(if ya need some help in this area, this is where you and I could become real good friends.)
6 butt whoopin

Let us know how it comes out and if it goes bad and you have to get off you should let people know to who to avoid leasing from.
