Helping a friend out finding some hunters...
Approximately 6400 acres Sterling County
Looking for long term hunters wanting to manage some great whitetail and quail country. This is a year round lease for Whitetail, Turkey, and quail.
9 Guns (700+ acres per gun) $3350 per gun for 2010/2011
***Reduced deal for this season***
Lodging included with additional trailer hookups.
Family friendly lease
DO NOT WANT heavy drinkers, etc.

Landowner said $2,750 per gun for the right group. Also, I believe it is closer to 7000 acres than the 6400 I originally thought it was.
I am trying to get folks called back and emailed please be patient. I am not associated with this lease you will be dealing directly with the landowner. Just helping a friend.

This lease is available as of today. The quality of deer on this lease will suprise you. Rivals many south Texas leases.

Sterling county can be awesome. They had a hell of a deer die off about 10 years ago due to drought but that should be better by now.
