Sorry, I just had to start one.

No chain joints apply. Leave KFC, Popeyes, and Churches out. Mom and Pops only.

My vote: Gold 'N Crisp in La Grange. It's off the bypass and has been around longer than I have. Oh yeah and they're not trans fat free either.

Town & Country Gas Stations is what I was talking about. It sounds funny but they really do have some great tasting fried chicken. I don't see many around DFW area but I'm from the Lubbock area and they are all over that part of the state.

They are all over here in the west tx area. Their chicken is actually pretty good. I like Bushs' Fried Chicken. They just recently opened here in the Midland/Odessa area and I do love their chicken strips

In west Texas they have the fried burritos at Sonic with chili and cheese all over them.... They don't offer that here in the Metromess

going south outta Coleman across the street from sonic & behind the allsups...there is Best Fryed Chicken....its GOOOOOOOOOD....tenders or fryed pieces...its all good, good prices, nice selection, good clean place & good clean service/ppl....

7mag..we had a bushes off greenville avenue in dallas for about 1 year and was awesome..they used real breasts not those sissy sized ones..heard they closed due to the area they were in...Brothers fried chicken near downtown is great nd they just openend anew place up north in richardson...

yeah she can be spicy at times..well alot of the time..I just walk in know what I want and dont have to really mess with her..My parents use to bring Youngbloods home all the time...It was awesome..

I say Babe's in Sanger (haven't had the other locations), Also Richards Chicken in Lubbock is pretty great, good animals on the wall too
