Don't know where Buffalo Bob got that you can't use buck shot, cause that is wrong. Might be different on public land, but you can use buck shot on private land. Read the "Legal Means" part of the regulations. Some counties may have restrictions on legal means though.

Gentlemen, My apologies on the miss information. I will have to learn how to read better. The no buck shot rule does applies only to public land.

You put it out there for opinions and you just don't like what the majority of opinions are. I have a dirtbag who put his feeder 60 or 70 yards off our fence line then the blind is another 75 yards away with the feeder between our fence and the blind. Now the feeder is in a little dip and as long as he doesn't skip a round it should stay on his side but it's still bad form. He is inconsiderate for doing it and you are making excuses for not wanting to set up a different way yourself.

The majority here say you are wrong. You don't like that take your all caps post to some other forum and see if you can get the answer you want.

I work hard, drink a little and hunt when I can.
