After about 100 posts like this you would think folks would get the message and not leave valuables in a vehicle. Hope you have serial #'s and turn in the theft. You might get lucky.

I would more than likely go to jail if i walked outside and saw that someone broke into my truck, let alone stole one of my guns. So I put my ar15 in my truck every morning, and take it out every night. I have a pretty light work schedule, and never know when i might go out to get a yote or some piggys.

Yep bad thing to hear, and the NRA insurance if you are a memeber will only cover the cost of one of those guns.
Does any body know of a gun safe that goes in your car or truck????

and there are lockable devices for vehicles to keep scum from gaining access to guns. No excuse.

Since you have taken it to this level, yes it was your fault and I thought before posting. With some of the stated places you are going armed I personally feel better that you no longer have it. Not really that big a deal to me, it's your money.

I had a buddy here in Bridgeport that had a sig .45, browning 12 ga, and a beretta .40 stolen from his house but they left the franchi 12ga, 25-06, .38 special, and a couple weatherby rifles dunno why but anyways he turned in the serial numbers n all that stuff n the thief pawned them in Dallas somewhere I believe he got the guns back n the thief got arrested good luck man

sloughfoot, PM me the serial numbers if you have them. I see LOTS of guns everyday from Harrison, Marion, Cass, Upshur and all the surrounding counties...and report them stolen if you haven't already so they'll get a "hit" when the numbers are run.

P.S.//////You can carry a gun into the liqour store since there is no on sight consumption! No Sir, that is not true. More than 51% of their gross profit is in alcohol sales.
