Spotted a decent herd feeding in cut grain. Stalked a couple hundred yards with a steady wind in our face. This herd was very spooky and fed close to the brush line. At first we thought we could reach their escape route and hide behind hay bales, but a couple turned and started feeding towards us. We quickly setup, whispered a countdown and cut loose. We heard 7 shots impact, but only recovered 4 hogs from the field.
