Hi all ! I am fairly new to hunting and have a good problem! I will be deer hunting on our families land in Cass county and also have an invite to hunt near Abeline. My question is can I just use all of my tags or do I have to watch the number of deer I harvest? Thanks for your help and good hunting!! Troy

Welcome to The Forum. Hope you enjoy it, and good luck with your hunting.
As for your question, in your situation, you are going to be hunting in one county that has a 2 buck limit, but they are also under the Anter Restrictions regualtions(Cass).
The other county?, and near Abilene covers a large area and many counties. If you are hunting in Taylor, that is a one buck county. If you are hunting in Runnels, Coleman, or Coke, you can shoot two bucks, with no Antler Restrictions.
As long as you Do Not exceed the listed bag limit in the county(s) you are hunting in, and do not exceed the state wide limit of 3 bucks, you will be okay.
What you really need to do, is to obtain a copy of the Outdoor Annual, for the 2006-2007 season, and keep it with you. Find out for sure what county you are hunting in, and look up what the bag limit is for that county.
Hope this helps you and Good Luck with your hunting.
