Took these in eastern Washington state. Just thought they were kinda cool. If that's not a granery, someone please chime in....

Great photos. That granary...when men knew how to build a building the proper way.

Good photos . The old building looks like it might not make it many more years.

By any chance did it appear that a railroad was once on that side of the road? I ask that because up around Hermeleigh Tx on HWY 84 headed to Lubbock there used to be grain elevator that was similar. It was where the local farmers shipped out their grain. It was located in a defunct ghost town named Wastella. The elevator has been torn down and is now a cotton field. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wastella,_Texas

Not that I could tell DC. But I'll have to say I was kind of in a hurry and trying hard not to get run over as I took both photos from the side of pretty busy roads.

Great pictures. I have never seen anything like that granary, but I don't get out much. I suppose that was used commercially?

Great pictures, love the contrast That's what struck me too Stub. It's hard to see on here, but the red poppies in the homestead photo (beside the middle outbuilding) combined with the yellows really make that photo to me.
