My MQ1 at 70 pounds with a 29 inch draw, 29 inch acc 360 and a 100 grain thunderhead would shoot 245 fps. I remember them advertising a lot faster in the magazines. Realization is always slower. It was probably a 1999 model. I think some of the companys put the lightest arrow and point they can find in the bow to give a higher fps raiting. Pretty much dry firing them with an ultra light arrow and no string silencers to get the quickest speed possible for the sale.
Recently got a gym membership, strange folks! I like to show up the roid zombies with my full motion curls with the 55lb. bells. Not their cheater short stroked light weights. It's holarious.
