COLLINGSWORTH COUNTY

Very little if any activity. Last weekend small bucks still bunched up together.

Love County (Oklahoma) on the North side of the Red River/Lake Texoma rut is in full swing / perhaps about to hit the down side.

Shackleford Cnty. north of Albany. Rut is winding down now. Weekend of 15-16 there was a buck behind every doe. Last weekend we started seeing some lone does and even some does and bucks around eachother at feeders that wanted nothing to do with eachother. We usually get another little short stint of rutting activity a couple weeks after the good rut so this week and weekend should be pretty good. I am going to try to get my wife her first bowkill on an old 6 point I had around last weekend

Slowing down in the area where I hunt in Houston County too. Last weekend I watched a small, six-point trail a doe. Haven't seen any "chasing" in a couple of weeks.

I hunt Fisher.. On and off... can't figure it out... had a 4 point rubbing a tree last night that was already beat up.. I know he is not the big boy.. but haven't seen him in a week...

I guess I know nothing about the rut.. I though all does came in around the same time... but this 4 point ate with 2 mature does and could care less... then another walked by and he kinda followed her.. found that tree and started working it..??

I just got back from menard county ( SE portion near Hext)today and this weekend they were chasing, seemed tired, and does were not as skiddish, bucks were in groups and seemed to be roaming looking for any remaining doe in heat, Had a great weekend and saw a ton of deer

the man at the top of the mountain didn't fall up it
