it does not matter what time of the day for me. If I had to choose: bow hunting morning, afternoon you have darkness and afternoon showers not good if you make a mistake. black powder or rifle it does not matter. all day hunting if the weather is cool. I perfer feeders just because they are less maintenance than food plots. doe in heat during the rut (Code Blue)and cover sent.

Sack up a lunch, an IPod, a big drink and hunt all day. It depends on moon phases, weather conditions, cold fronts, high wind conditions etc. A deer does one of 4 things. Eats, sleeps, craps and fornicates. Trouble is finding out what and when he will do next and be there ready to give him a dirt nap.

Question 1: I have found that of all my kills a slight majority of them occur in the morning! So I would rather hunt the mornings!

2: I would rather hunt food plots, but thats not much of a option in the area I hunt since its so dry! So corn feeders get my vote!

3: The only attactant I use anymore is corn! I have had good luck with Tinks 69 in the past, but you have to use such a large amount to get it to work that it just got too expensive for me!
