Is there anything that is clearly better on broomweeds than the common pre-emergent weed killers? Needs to be a liquid to use in a sprayer.
Silver spurs and gold tequila keep me hanging on. Pretty girls and old cantinas give me shelter from the storm.

I don't see anything specifically labeled for Broomweed. If you look into the family of Broomweed it is in the Aster family so in theory Isoxaben/Gallery pre emergent would be the go-to. Lots of post emergent options depending on your situation to control it.

Lots of people overgrazed their pastures after 2 years of bad drought giving the broomweed an opportunity to thrive. I`ve never seen any in a lawn environment though.

Bro weed is a great cover and seed source for bobwhite quail.

Bro weed is a great cover and seed source for bobwhite quail. Agreed. And we are finally getting our quail back after the drought. It's also a fire hazard when it overgrows the pasture roads. That's what I'll be spraying, the roads.
