My father and I are currently on about 1200 acres in Coke County with 7 responsible hunters. Today we heard that the owner ( from Colorado! ) is no longer leasing the land and placing a windmill farm there instead!  We have invested a lot of time into the place and are hoping for something similar and near either Coke or Young. There are 2, maybe three, others that may be interested as well (GREAT guys and responsible hunters). Send a PM if you know of anything!
