Unfortunately, Murphy came with me on this trip and he was in charge of using the DVr so I didn't get all the videos. The hog in the pics took 3 to anchor. First hit was a solid quartering towards neck/shoulder shot. 2nd shot running away entered left butt cheek and lodged under the skin on the right side about half way up the length of the body (120 sst core separated from jacket). 3rd shot hit head/face and ended things. 11.5 inch 6.8 suppressed. Fast paced gregarious society forgets the healing power of solitude. It's worked thousands of years. Casting a line/gazing into a campfire/sitting in a blind after a long week is medicine for the soul. The serenity and peacefulness of it all is majestic.

People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf
