First post on THF. How did everyone do in Foard and Hardeman this year. Rut was right on time for us. I managed to kill this one. 148 and change gross and weighed 259 before I gutted him. The cold weather before T-giving sure was nice. We ended up with about 3 " of snow which made for some cool hunting.

Congrats! That is a brute. I hunt south in Knox County. Was after a particular 10 point that stopped being a regular about a week before the season started. Saw him once and he was on the trail of a hot does with nose to the ground and never slowed down. Next year. Next year.

Wow. Nice buck. Looks like I will be hunting in Hardeman just north of Goodlett. Looking at the place Friday with intentions of leasing it.

Nice deer welcome to the forum. His spread kept him from being 150, great looking deer though congrats.
If I put my wife in a high fence will her rack get bigger?

Dang Son, great first post. That buck has got me drooling. I love those big bodied deer. He's a Dandy.

Nice buck, any openings on your lease? We might have one opening this year. Not sure yet though. We have a great place with half in Foard and half in Hardeman with about 4 miles of Pease River running through the middle of it.
