Our lease has some nice Aoudad on it. We have gotten a few pics of them on TC. I have heard they wont come to corn feeders consistantly. What is a good food that can throw out of a feeder. We dont have the time to maintane free choice protein feeders. Thanks in advance

Take the corn out of the feeders and use protein

Corn works fine here. Salt is also effective as an attractant and alfalfa hay is very, very effective

Ours just decided they liked corn this year. For six years I never saw them come to feeders, this year they come daily. When we had a place off of Dolan creek road in loma alta years ago they would come to protein feeders but not the corn feeders.

Yes yellow salt blocks they love those things ! And they do love that protein !

Yes, just use salt blocks. Typically the brown with iodine added. When we fed protein that was the bigger attractant but now that there isn't any protein, corn works like a charm
