Frisco DU will hold its 11th annual banquet on August 21st at the Embassy Suites Conference Center in Frisco. Thanks to the support of Frisco-area conservationists, our committee made the President's List of the top 100 committees in America for grassroots fundraising.
We will have live and silent auctions, games and raffles along with the things that make our banquet unique. Renowned wildlife artist John Carter has donated a painting of a wood duck that is exclusive to DU Frisco. A giclee of the painting will be available in our live auction and the image will also appear on the back of this year's t-shirts. We will have static displays of the latest trucks, outfitters for big game in Africa and waterfowl in Argentina will be on hand and we will continue our well-known 15 gun raffle.
Tickets are $50 and include a hat and t-shirt and a chance at our door prize, a 50" plasma television. Bottomless beer mugs are available for $10. Doors open at 5:30.
