Sat for 3 hours tonight just south of Jacksboro. Saw 1 bird. Hope the front pushes a few down my way!

It's been brutal everywhere I've been. Hunted the special white wing season in the valley and was down by Alice for the south zone opener. Both were really bad.

I've been skunked here at the farm for the 3rd straight trip.

Oh well, that's why God created beer.

I live off 199 outside of Boonesville and this week I have seen a ton of birds. Not sure why they are there if everybody else is struggling.

Not town birds. Boonesville is just a little community off of FM920. I live just North of the power plant at the intersection of Hwy 199 and FM 2210. About 15 miles from any town.
