Not bad for a bunch of kids hunting in NE Texas late in the season. These deer are nocturnal pretty much year round and no how to avoid humans. Plus ya cant see 50 yds in most places in NE Texas. Probably no time to scout. Just set up a pop up and hunt.
Anybody shoot any pigs?
It ain't easy being me.

txtrophy85 Sorry I took it the wrong way. just misunderstood the picture that said you failed. Every one saw a few deer.
Big Daddy you are right North east Texas is tough for an experienced hunter let alone the kids hunting for their first time. There were 2 hog's seen. It is not about taking a deer it just getting the youth out in the outdoors. Can you imagining the quality time that the parents and their sons or daughters had while sitting in the blinds with a chill factor of 15. There was 11 deer harvested by the challenged hunters just a few weeks before . So all of you are invited to come up next year and help our kids find the critter's
