Concho County Whitetail Deer Lease
(9 miles east of Paint Rock,17 miles south of Lake Ivie,
The biggest city near it is San Angelo which is 26 miles away)

950 Acres
Mix of Mesquite Tree Brush and Algarita Bushes
with wildlife food plots.

Want a GM/Hunter plus 3 or 4 additional hunters to lease from September 1st to January 2nd.
The game animals are:
*Whitetail Deer
*Turkey
*Dove
*Predators
*Varmints

Amenities:
Hunting Cabin which includes:
*Livingroom
*Kitchen
*Bathroom with shower
*Two bedrooms
*Will sleep 7 people
*RV Hook-Up with sewer, water, electricity
*Deer cleaning station
*Outside grill and picnic area
*Catch and release fresh water fishing when available

The Lease Price is $12,000.00
Which is $3,000 per gun for 4 people
Or $2,400 per gun for 5 People

varmints are raccons, opossums and porcipines

yes its for the fall season cause the last hunters we had didn't use the spring season so we have a game guide working the spring turkey and quail.

Hey guys this is a really good place to hunt and Mr. Hadley is a great guy. (You wont be disappointed) I hunted this place last year and this place has great potential. I let some pretty good bucks walk last year, with hopes of seeing them this year. I really hated to loose the place but certain issues came up and had to let it go. With a little management, year round feeding, and RAIN there could really be some good bucks taken off the place. The camp house is really nice and well taken care of.

Mr. Hadly good luck on leasing the place.

This place is right across the road from a ranch that I have hunted for 17 years. It is a good area for some nice deer. Here are some pics from our lease, should give some idea of what the area has the potential to produce:
