 Lookin for an east Texas lease

I'm looking for a deer lease around the Tyler area for a few hunters not roudy and don't cause trouble lookin to pay around 2000 for the whole lease around 500ac. Please let me know if you have anything available.

Are you looking for Tyler Texas or Tyler county? I doubt on here you will find anything for $4 an acre. I think you are going to get really lucky if you do and you had probably be prepeared to pay closer to $7 and acre, if you can find anything.

Number 1, you don't get on a lease around Tyler, tx without knowing someone, I tried for two years and said to heck with it and caved in and found a lease in the hill country.
Number 2, Cheapest lease I have heard of in this area had 20 people on roughly 500 acres paying $700 each. SO $14000 total.

Well thanks for the advice guys I'm lookin around Tyler Texas area and we currently have a 500ac lease near ballinger that is 500ac and we pay 1500 a year for it but just a long drive so wuz lookin for somethin closer
