Hello everyone,I am from Saskatchewan Canada and am just joining today.I hope to make some friends here and share some video and pics and maybe a few stories.I am mainly a bowhunter nad up here we hunt whitetails, mulie, bear, elk, moose, couger and lots of varmints and stuff. We also fish hard for walleye, pike and trout.I am sure our ways are very different from yours but thats what makes it all interesting.Good luck and Good friends! youtube

Welcome, making friends in Texas is pretty easy. Allthough we do sometimes get edgy when the temps are 100 plus. You are a blessed man to get to hunt Saskatchewan. Post us some pics of some of your harvest.

Be Blessed
Mark

x2 and x2 on being blessed to hunt Saskatchewan. My fiance is from NW Alberta and the game up there is unbelievable. I've only been able to hunt up there once, in 2009, and unfortunately I took the Texas heat with me. The average high when I was there in late September for 8 days was 93 degrees (34 celsius, LOL). I didn't get to harvest anything but did come back with the eagerness to give it another go next year.

Hello SB,

I hunted in Saskatchewan last year near Turtle Lake.

The people were wonderful and the country is beautiful.

I hope we may return the hospitality!

Sure is cold though!

welcome

Thanks for the welcome.I posted my Youtube channel to show some vids of mine and I will try to post some pics when I figure out how.I think Texas and Saskatchewan are cut out of the same cloth.very friendly and like to hunt the [censored] out of everything!!If anyone is interested in comin up for a hunt let me know.We own 10 qaurtes along the North Saskatchewan river east of Prince Albert and have permission on 60 more. The seasons and laws can be found on the Saskatchewan Environment website.I am not an outfitter so no bear but there are seasons for non-residant alien.Later
