A couplE of weeks ago there was a post about window height. Someone had posted a good formula for person height and blind height and now I can't find it. Any help? Thanks

I usually go with 38" tall windows.

38-40" But make sure the chair you use is adjustable, I feel that is the key. I also strongly suggest the use of a shelf just below the window and possibly 18" off the floor.

I like my windows at 40-42" to the bottom of the window and buy inexpensive office chairs to sit in that are adjustable.

I use 38, the kids have no problems shooting out of it.

Just started a new blind, set my windows at 41" from the floor. Stand will be elevated 5 foot.

being a little low, is more adaptable than being to high.
