Wulf Outdoor Sports presents the 2011 Wild Hog Roundup, a ten day hog hunt ending in a hog cook off.

■ Teams can be comprised of up to 4 members.. regardless the entrance fee for either individual, 2 person, 3 person, or 4 person team is still $150 Dollars.
■ Must Hunt within the following counties: Panola, Rusk, Sabine, Nacogdoches, San Augustine, Shelby

$10,000 for the most hogs killed at the end of the event, 500 dollars for the most hogs killed in a given day of the event, and 1000 dollars to the heaviest hog killed at the end of the event.

We're working with the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce for this particular event. If you call the Chamber ((936) 598-3682) they will be able to connect you with local land owners and provide information on local lodging. A nation forest area, Sabine National Forest, is open to hunting and lies within the counties specified. Anything goes for killing the hogs? Can I use dogs? I have a team that might want to join... How do I find land to hunt on?

Anything goes and you can definitely use dogs. We are receiving calls daily from land owners that want to offer the use of their land. Just received a call yesterday from a couple that have 102 acres, and have been seeing heavy Hog activity all over their property. According to the Shelby chamber of commerce they have a larger list of willing land owners. You can reach the chamber at (936) 598-3682.
