Next Thursday, October 7th, the Cross Timbers Quail Coalition will host our annual banquet. If you're not familiar with the Quail Coalition, please visit our website. The short answer is that we were formally Cross Timbers Quail Unlimited, but reformed this year as the Quail Coalition. The main difference is that now all the money we raise will stay in Texas. This is our website: http://crosstimbersquail.org/Our banquet will be held in the WR Watt Arena at Will Rogers in Fort Worth from 6 to 10 pm this coming Thursday. Joe Allen's out of Abilene will cater a steak and quail dinner and we will have an open bar. We've got some items in both our live and silent auctions and our gun raffle will likely turn your head with several great guns available. Tickets are $125 at the door or a table of 8 for $1,000. If you have an interest in purchasing a table, just send me a PM and I'll get you in touch with the right person. Thanks and I hope to see you next Thursday.

Was reviewing the program today and we've really got some great auction items this year. Several great quail hunts, a duck hunt at Jerry Jones place in Arkansas, some good fishing trips, a deer hunt at a premier trophy ranch, and much more. That doesn't even include great food, great drink, and a gun raffle that no one could resist.
Sorry for the sales pitch, but it's going to be a great night and I really hope you can make it out. 100% of the money we raise will go towards quail research right here in Texas.
Tickets available at the door. Doors open at 6pm.
Hope to see some of your tomorrow night.

Bumped and moved for exposure. A great way to spend the evening and support the cause- Cross Timbers Quail Coalition. Good luck

I appreciate the move. If anyone would like more info, just reply to this thread or send me a PM. I'll be around until early afternoon, but then will head to help set up for the event.
Thanks again.
