Here is a bit of information on an event that will be held at the Bass Pro store in Pearland, TX on June 12th. If you're a turkey hunter, or would like to learn more about the wild turkey and turkey hunting you may want to come out for this. There will be activities for the kids, and you can get some valuable info on the wild turkey, habitat enhancement, and anything else you might want to know. Some of our speakers are responsible for and have helped with restocking turkeys in places like Sam Houston and some of the other National Forest areas in east TX.

These areas will be up and running at 12:00P.M.

We will have our Information table set up where we give info about the NWTF and our chapter. Membership and banquet tickets will also be sold here. Each person that pays for a membership will be entered in a drawing for Charles Dailey 12 ga. Tactical pump shot gun. In addition Bass Pro will also be taking up donations for the NWTF at this table.

We will have our Feathers & Spurs table set up where the children and their parents will be able to view and touch real turkey fans, feet, beards, and elements from other animals.

The Yelp Corner will be open for all who would like to learn how to call turkeys, or just brush up on their current calling skills.
