I am looking for 10 guns for a duck lease and 10 guns for a dove lease I have available in Northeast Texas, Sugar Hill,Texas (15 minutes north of Mt. Pleasant).

The Duck Lease is 5,000 acres of hardwood bottomland in the Sulphur River Bottoms that has many sloughs and oxbows all through the property along with river access. The lease is for the 2010-2011 Duck Season. $1500 per gun and you can bring one guest with you free and additional guests at $100 per day. Leasers will have exclusive rights to Blue Lake which is a wadeable 20 acre slough with a duck blind on it.

The Dove Lease is 6,000 acres of improved pasture land that has tanks in each pasture with native grases and dirt roads running all through them. $1000 per gun and you can bring one guest with you free and additional guests at $30 per day.

I just acquired the hunting rights to this property but have hunted in the general area just down the river from it for the past 3.5 years and I know there is great number of dove and duck that come through this area. Last season was the best I've ever seen and this place is set up nicer than what I hunted before with a lot more access to hunting areas.

Still have a few spots available for the duck and dove lease, but they are going quick. We are in the North Zone for the Dove lease if anyone was wondering, and I finally got the new Outdoor Annual. Dove Season is Sept. 1 - Oct. 24, 2010 and Dec. 25, 2010 - Jan. 9, 2011. Early Teal season starts Sept. 11 - Sept. 26. So if you're still looking for a place, you better jump on it quick, cause I'm sure all spots will be filled by the end of August.
