200 acre lease in Llano County 5 miles west of Llano.
Year round lease.
Up to 4 hunters.
Stock tank with bass and catfish
2 bedroom cabin/partially furnished.
Deer, birds, hogs, and occasional coyote.
Ideal family place. No brokers, please. I want to lease directly to hunters.
$3,000.00/annually. Available April 30.
