What about a Winchester model 12, 20 gauge? It has a compensator on it?

Go to gun broker dot com and look up the shotgun, find a couple and put them on your watch list check back after the auction ends and see what they sold for. Make an estimate of the quality of the watched gun to yours.

I think I've wondered around this web enough to know how to search. And yeah, I've used Gunbroker a lot. There wasn't one on there just like this one.

Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll pass.

We may be treading on some rules here, which I'm trying not to do.

I'll say $500 without seeing it and knowing more.

Once the Cutts is put on a nice model 12 the value takes a dive. Personally I pass on everyone I see. Sorry that was done to your gun, but years ago it was the thing.
$300.00 but not close to $500. bang

GunBroker is only a guide if you plan to sell there. No one locally will pay what stuff gets there. Then again, you gotta be able to get an idea.

Anyone find me a mid-70's non-vent rib orange pad 870 12 non-magnum in near perfect condition for a face to face yet?

Pass the gravy.

What, kinda like this?
I dunno if the pad is original to the gun, it is, or was orange at one time, looks like it's been on it from day one to me, says pachmayr on it.
