Are you sure the Fullfield II is USA made?

FFII's are one of the best scopes made, whatever the price range. Very durable and dead-on repeatable accuracy.

The one I bought last year was made in the phillipenes!

I have several Burris scopes. One on a 300 ultra mag, a .284, a .223, a 22-250, and a .270 . They are various burris models, but are all well worth the money.

The fullfield II is really pretty low on the scope quality list, even "for the money". Here is a list the guys at SWFA put together. It should help some of you out a little.

Thats what I thought!

I think the original Fullfields were USA made, but when they switched to the Fullfield II they started makeing them overseas!

Love my BuckMaster! The handle broke on my gun case the other day as I was walking to the range. My BuckMaster was on the bottom of the case as it hit the ground (concrete) My dust cover was knocked out of wack.Picked it up, straightened out the dust cover and shot 3" groups at 200' (which for me is awesome!)

Nikon Buckmasters Scopes feature:
Anti-reflective multicoating for 92% light transmission
1/4 MOA windage and elevation adjustment
100% waterproof, fogproof, and shockproof
Long-range models feature a Side Focus parallax adjustment. (I have bad eyes and wear bi-focals, this really helps)
Lifetime warranty
Standard or Bullet Drop Compensating reticles.

You won't go wrong with the Burris. Everyone has favorites but as long as you stick with a reputable maker that has a lifetime warranty your ok. If something goes wrong with the Burris just send it to em and they will fix it or replace it with a new one. Just consider the distances your shooting and get the proper magnification.

I have a Burris ff II 4x16 on a 204 and love it, it's as clear as any leupold I own. I got a spotting scope free when I bought it(package deal) and it works pretty good for what it is, a free compact spotting scope.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy another Burris scope.

Bartender, bring me anything except brake fluid, cause I don't plan on stopping!
