joanis family processing south of copperas cove, on 2657. the deer you bring in is the deer you get back. they also do hogs and exotics when deer season is closed. have used them for several hogs and deer with good results.

Whaley's Deer Processing in Hamilton. BJ Whaley is the owner and has become a friend. His taxidermy, Black Dog Taxidermy, is also 2nd to none. His jerky and j/c sausage is outstanding.
I had a bad experience in Joshua years ago...sounds like it is better.

Unless there is a new one this year (and I doubt it) there isn't one in Jacksboro. There is a place off of 380 at Bridgeport (the gunshop) but I have never used them so can't say one thing or another. The last 2 years (and again this year) I've used Clear Fork Country in Graham. I have been pretty pleased with them and can recommend them. They are not cheap but they are good (not as good as Kuby's though - wish Kuby's was in Graham) Earl Does any one know of a good place in Jacksboro??
