what item do you forget most when going hunting? mine is my boots, i have forgotten them more times than i care to count. had one guy forget his rifle once, left it at camp while going to another property.

For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

(one guy forget his rifle once)

I once drove all the way to Paducah for a hog hunt with a bow, only to realize I'd forgotten my arrows.

Ya only have to forget that once, and it will never happen again.

When you are on a lease for a long time you learn to leave clothes and footwear at the cabin. I used to sight my rifle in during March and take it to the lease during spring turkey. Irregardless, I still have forgotten things.

I've never really forgotten anything, but I have come back to camp with only one sock before!

Now, I carry those little packs of tissues in a hidden pocket in my pack. They're almost completely forgotten until the moment of truth arrives ... then I can find them in a flash!

I have forgotten shells and arrows. I keep spare bullets, arrows and a change of clothes in my camp now.

I have forgotten my boots and bone saw before. And of course it had to of rained so my shoes were soaked. Nothing worse than walking around all day in wet muddy shoes and socks.

I consider myself as a verfy prepaired hunter and fisherman.
Last year I was taking a cabinet to the lease open weekend. My partner shows up and says we will get it next week. Get to the lease and my amo box was in the cabinet at home.

My eyeglasses - I only wear them while driving at night, occasionally while on the computer or reading, and while hunting or shooting. I can't even count the times that I am all set in my blind and realize that my specs are back in the truck on the dash or worse, back at work on my desk I'm too cheap to buy a second pair - maybe one of these days.
