Cortisone shot doing wonders for the shoulder. Will put off surgery till December if possible. I'll be in the stand on the 3rd. Can't wait.

This time we'll have it mounted. That is all I need is a cactus mount to go along with everything else in the house.....I can even let Kole play with it sometime.....

I might if I feel like it. Saturday morning we got the parade and all that for Come and Take It and I'm going to be busy all day. Sunday I will probably try to go out there and get something.

Only my own death will prevent me from not being in a tree on opening morning.....I have a huge nine point coming in multiple times a day and I plan on sticking him very first opportunity. gonna be the oly time I will git to hunt this place during bow season since I am going to be hunting mule deer doe with 7 mag the next weekend I have off from work....after that the rifle totin sissies are out so if I am going to git any killen done its gona hve to be this weekend......

I'll be in a pop up blind before the roosters crow, before the crows caw, and while the cows are still off partying in the night..
I just hope the deer did not get the memo about opening day.. Funny how they figure this stuff out. I think they have internet access and are watching the threads.. Shhhh.. I'm, uh.... I'm turtle hunting! Yea, that's it Mr. Deer... Don't worry about me.
