Doing a late season doe-spike hunt for two fri-sun at the farm in Dickens County. Will put hunters up in our cabin and feed em also. This is for a silent auction to benefit my wifes non profit benefit Chili Cookoff held each year. Pigs- included.. Looking for input on price for something like this ??

How many does/spikes per man?
Is it hunt Friday thru Sunday or arrive Friday and head out Sunday after the morning hunt?
Hunt from blinds over feeders?

I think hunt, food & lodging per man should be $500-1000. I maybe way off but this is a meat hunt.

Doe/Spike are worth at least $500, just the deer part. Throw in pigs, food, and lodging for two nights, I think $1000/person total wouldn't be out of line.

A decent lodge with good meals will run you $500/man/day on a good duck hunt or fishing trip, so I think you're at $1000 just to start.

Not sure what meat hunts go for on deer, but I've seen hog hunts advertised at $250/day or more.

Whether you're doing this for an auction value, or a tax write off value, I'd be sure and mark it on the high side of whatever range you come up with.

lodging and food alone is worth 300-400 per day. add in two meat animals and unlimited pigs or varmints and the price easily goes to 13-1500.

For tax purposes, the price should be in the 2500-3000 range. for the auction purpose, the price should go between 1000 and 1500.

Just as an aside, I would not include pics of bucks on the poster/advertising for this. Even though it is a doe/spike hunt, showing a picture of a buck could get you in some weird situations.

Either show pics of doe only or include spikes if you have pics. Otherwise, stick with does and pigs.
