I hunted Blackbucks at Tom's ranch a few years back. Both my buddy and I did really well. He runs and outstanding operation and the meals were outstanding. Also when it comes to turkeys, My buddy and I probably saw seventy five to hundred in one flock that came in and raided a feeder within minutes. Unreal the amount of turkeys at one time.

Distance is not the issue, but the winds can make it interesting!

Are you set up for bowhunting? Also any does available after a buck is taken?

Thanks for the positive feedback. The Axis would be very difficult to bow hunt for us. Yes there could be a chance to shoot a doe afterwards.

Will take 500 dollars off if two hunters want to hunt one of the next 3 weekends. Right now they are predictable but that will soon change. Thanks Tom ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2025/03/full-22717-447883-img_4755.png)

Is the price different outside of turkey season, i.e. only hunting the axis?

No I was just throwing the Turkeys in as a bonus. Most the guys down here charge for turkey. Thanks Tom
