You didn't miss anything. The ducks didn't make it to Texas until after the season was over; again.

They don't mail them until March to June. If you bought the Federal E stamp from TPWD, you are not going to get a physical stamp during season. Otherwise people would just give the stamp to someone else and double dip two for the price of one. If you prefer to have a signed stamp to put on your license next season instead of the endorsement, buy the physical stamp from the post office.

Yep. I got checked by a federal warden down on the coast the last day of season. I’m old school and still go to the post office to buy my duck stamp. The fed told me I was the only one he checked all year that had the actual stamp on their license.

That figures. I've been buying stamps for a while just incase I get to go someday. I really never have needed t but don't mind buying them for the cause. My son told me to do the digital license downloaded to my phone. I may try that next year but I am old school. LOL Really I'm just old.

If you do the digital hunting license instead of the paper one, your probably better off buying the digital E Duck stamp as well, otherwise you defeat the purpose of the digital license when you have to carry around a signed duck stamp from the post office in your wallet.

I like having a signed duck stamp that went hunting in my stamp collection, sort of like a game worn jersey.

It's almost two months after the season ended and my Duck Stamp came in the mail today.
Sort of just like they said it would.
