Haven't bought any firearms lately. Might be time. What's next for you?

Feeling like a custom, I’ve never went that route but feel the inevitable is coming

Heard Browning is going to make the auto 5 in 20 gauge. Have no need for it but i would like to have one. Next up is Ruger's 10 22 carbbon fiber light weight 22. Dang near got all my wants and needs.

I'm thinking a Glock 40 might be nice to have. Most Glocks don't appeal to me, just too normal, but this one does.

Choose the builder carefully. I'm sure there are some good ones on here. I've never had a custom rifle, but I've ordered other custom stuff - knife, boots, etc. Sometimes the end product is great, sometimes it's terrible, but I can no longer handle the endless missed deadlines, excuses, BS reasons etc. from an "artiste." Your correct choose carefully. All of my custom rifles have been built by Chad DIxon at Longrifles Inc in Sturges SD. Chad builds some of the US Olympic and national teams rifles. His rifles have won many competitions. His work is incredible. My custom 6.5 CM shoots in the .3's with Hornady 143 gr ELD-X factory ammo. My 300 WSM mag shoots in the .4's with Chad's North Dallas reloads 178 gr ELD-X ammo. I can't say enough good things about his and his teams workmanship!

Next for me is probably another 25 CM. The last two I built were for myself but some offers were made and I sold them. Not happening this time! I also have been thinking about an AR in 6 Arc and put my thermal on it. I got in a few actions and have a variety of barrel blanks, no telling what I will come up with.

I'd like a nice S&W Model 28-2 4" barrel Highway Patrol.
Going to Tulsa next month might fined one.

Maybe a Ruger Ranch Gen2 in either 556 or 7mm-08.

Have no direct use for anything larger than a .308, but a 7 SAUM calls to me.

Next one for me will probably be the cimarron 1887 copy. Got no real use for it but I’ve wanted one for awhile.
