I bought a blind from a THF member that I need help moving from near Markley, right on Hwy 16, about 35 miles to our lease in Eliasville. It's an all metal blind, pretty heavy, 5x5x6 feet tall, on a 4 foot base. Need to do it next Saturday, 2/22. If you can help or know someone who can, please give me a call at 972-841-7791 and let's make a deal. It has to be moved next Saturday because the seller needs to get all his stuff off the property ASAP. Thanks.

I’d call Clear Fork in Graham. They will know someone you can hire. I’d help you but it’s the last weekend of quail season.

Maybe try the feed store, bet they know someone. That’s where I found my guys when I needed to move 2 blinds last year in Cisco.

Steve
Call 4H feed in Breck. They sell a lot of blinds, they may be able to give you a name or help you out for a price.
Good luck

Got it done. If you ever need blinds moved/roads graded/brush cleared, etc. in the Jack/Young County area, give Colton a call. Good guy. 682.803.9484 ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2025/02/full-248-446203-img_9999.jpg)

Looks nice! Going to miss that blind (not to mention hunting when I want) if I don't find somewhere else. Earl

Earl, This past season, I went thru the scenario of suddenly having to leave a lease we had been on for 9 years. Was able to make several trips to that lease, which was also off hwy 16 north of Goldthwaite and remove all my equipment and junk. What was the worse part of the ordeal , total shock at how high lease prices had become, most were triple the cost I had been paying. Consequently, I now have relegated myself to contract hunts! Have lined up a few, one in particular will be a mule deer hunt in Nebraska!
But not having that ritual of filling feeders, repairing feeders and feed pens, checking and fixing cameras, and not having the weekly drive to and from the lease, I miss it all, but satisfied with the fact of staying at home with family more, and looking forward to the birth of a new great granddaughter.

Best wishes Earl. Guess I’ll find out at the end of the month if I’m done also.
